Problem
This error comes when you have specified custom security permissions (which can be seen from File > Administration > Maintain libraries and users > select User classes tab) in analyst but don't have any of the user classes as administrator i.e. No user class has been given admin privileges.
Solution
Select that user class for which you want to give administrator privileges. Click on Properties button. When the properties box pops up, select the first option 'System administrators'
This will make that user class as administrator and error will not come next time you log in.
